- be responsible for our international switchboard in a dynamic and friendly IT environment?
- assist us with our office organisation and take care of the daily supply orders?
- receive our international customers as well as other visitors?
- be responsible for administrative tasks such as travel planning, travel cost calculations, checking invoices and stocktaking?
- the first contact person for the whole team?
- work in the area of Cologne/Bonn in a friendly and international work environment?

- You have previous experience of working in a professional and friendly manner as a Team Assistant (m/f) or in an office environment.
- You have completed your professional education or have considerable experience in the area of team assistance.
- You are flexible, look forward to new tasks and challenges in an interational environment and are not afraid to help out in other departments.
- You possess very good MS Office and Internet skills.
- You have very good written and oral skills, both German and English.
